Gelato was created in the 16th century by Bernardo Buontalenti in Florence (Tuscany), coincidentally where part of our family is from.

Artisan Gelato is made from scratch, combining the ingredients and not using pre-fabricated mixes or artificial ingredients (cotton candy and unicorn are not sold here)

Artisan Gelato has 60% less air than ice cream, giving it a richer and creamer taste while also giving more value for your money

Artisan Gelato is made with natural and/or organic ingredients

Our gelato is made on site in our visible Italian Gelato Lab. We make our production in front of our customers.

We only use the best nuts from Italy like Pistacchio from Sicily, Hazelnut from Piemonte, Almond from Sicily.
